The climate crisis is having a profound impact on the mental health of young aussies, especially those on the frontline. We are seeing increasing rates of burnout, climate-distress and disengagement from the movement all together. If we want to create a sustainable planet, we need the skills to take action in a way that sustains us rather than depleats us so we can be in this for the long haul.

Practical, evidence-informed workshops giving individuals & communities the tools to regulate stress, process climate emotions, support each other & sustain long-term impact.
Anyone feeling the impacts of the climate crisis and trying to create change whether through volunteering, work or study.

"This program helped me realise that slowing down and taking care of myself wasn't selfish, it was courageous, and one of the most impactful things I could do for climate action."
- Youth Activist
"This course was immensely useful - it has helped me feel more confident in my climate action, and learn how pace myself so my action can be sustainable. I'd recommend this for anyone interested in climate action, but particularly to leaders who want to create an organisation culture which model self care and does not perpetuate cultures of burnout and self sacrifice."
- Climate Organisation Founder
"The three week Ecomind certificate has completely transformed my approach to changemaking as one of extraction to one of energy. The community space that was facilitated by Georgia and Court was open and authentic. We were able to share with respect and vulnerability."
